Houserule

In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we have established the following rules for use at our facility. We ask for your cooperation in adhering to these rules. If you do not abide by the following rules, you will be refused entry.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in this facility. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is also prohibited in the rooms and on the terrace, and bringing cigarette butts into the room is also prohibited. Please note that if you do not follow these rules, we will charge you a penalty equivalent to the accommodation fee and an amount equivalent to damages.

2. Please refrain from using fire in the rooms, except for villa rental equipment.

3. Any actions that may cause a fire are prohibited. Bringing in flammable or explosives, volatile oils, etc. is also prohibited. In addition, please refrain from bringing in the following items that may cause inconvenience to other customers.

・Animals and birds

・Items that exceed the normal limit

・It emits a foul odor

・Firearms, swords, etc. without a license

4. Please make sure that your room is locked when you leave it during your stay. Please lock the door from the inside when you are in your room or when you go to sleep. If you have a visitor, please check who it is.

5. We do not allow anyone other than guests to use the hotel facilities. Please refrain from meeting visitors on the premises (including guest rooms).

6. The villa will not be held responsible for any accidents that occur in the pool.

7. Fire extinguishing, gambling, and any other behavior that disrupts public morals and causes trouble for neighbors or other people are prohibited.

8. Please refrain from moving any equipment or fixtures in the guest rooms.

9. You cannot take away any items in the guest room. If any items are damaged or missing at the time of check-out, you will be charged the equivalent of the damages.

10. Please refrain from distributing advertising material, posting notices, selling goods, conducting business activities such as solicitation, distributing flyers, collecting signatures, holding meetings, etc. on the premises without permission.

11. We will not allow minors to stay alone unless they have specific permission from their guardians.

12. Water outages and power outages during accommodation due to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.) will be considered as acts of force majeure, and no refunds of accommodation fees will be given.

13.In order to ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, the use, flying, and photography of privately operated small unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, radio-controlled aircraft, etc.) is prohibited within the managed areas without the permission of the Hotel.
